Mark de Reus, in association with Hart Howerton, designed this 7,356 sq. ft. home at Kuki'o modifying and expanding the Kuki'o prototype design to include the buyer's requirements. A separate Guest Hale and Pool Cabana were added. The swimming pool and spa were designed within the landscaping of this two lot parcel.
