Kuki‘o Sales Center
North Kona, Hawai‘i
Designed and built in 90 days as a temporary Sales Hale, this 1,800 sq. ft. building was conceived as a Beach Hut the scale of a small residence where the Kuki‘o Sales team would meet prospective buyers. Strategically, the architectural and landscape design needed to exemplify the rustic elegant character of the yet to be built Kuki‘o Beach Club.
Rather than the usual high gloss real estate advertising brochures, the sales approach was to have this Beach Hut feel as though it was an extension of the Architect's studio in that drawings and sketches were casually mounted on boards.
