Mark de Reus, in association with Hart Howerton, designed the Hale and Villa prototypes for Kuki'o.
The Hales are a four bedroom 5,200 sq. ft. design with one Master Suite, two Junior Master Suites and a Guest Room.
The Kuki'o Villas are a two story, four bedroom 3,300 sq. ft. design with double Master Suites and separate Guest Hale.
