Meldman Hale
Kuki‘o, North Kona, Hawai‘i
The Hale design, at approximately 6,600 sf, is the largest of the residential options available at Kuki‘o. The Hale architecture is intended to be gracious and relaxed in a contemporary Hawaiian craftsman style.
The main living and dining spaces and two of the three large bedrooms are oriented to coastline views. All bathrooms include private gardens with outdoor showers.
The seaside lanai and garden are designed for outdoor living with swimming and spa pools and an outdoor kitchen. Each property includes a separate guest hale.
