Mark de Reus, in association with Hart Howerton,
designed this Hale prototype for the developer, Mike Meldman at Kuki'o. The Hale design, at approximately 5,807 sq. ft., is the largest of the residential options available through Kuki'o. The Hale architecture is intended to be gracious and relaxed in a contemporary Hawaiian craftsman style.
The main living and dining spaces and two of the three bedrooms are oriented to coastline views. All bathrooms include private gardens with outdoor showers.
The seaside lanai and garden are designed for outdoor living with swimming and spa pools and an outdoor kitchen. Each property includes a separate guest hale.
