Mark de Reus, as Managing Director with PAI, working alongside Richard Dalrymple, designed the concept for this 60-key boutique bungalow hotel outside of Ubud, in central Bali. The concept was to create a hotel true to the planning sensibilities of traditional Balinese villages with extensive bathing pools as the main focal and amenity. Individual guest pavilions are perched along the top of the ravine overlooking rice paddies and the river.
